Certification
A certified manufacturing process is one of the long-term priorities of the company DEMONTA Trade SE. The primary aim is to offer the best possible quality of services to clients, as confirmed by an independent standardization institute, which is a natural pre-assumption for a modern company at the present time, mainly in the context of a unified European market.
We anticipate a gradual transition from large purchasers of scrap metal as a secondary raw material, to suppliers capable of guaranteeing deliveries in the context of required quality in compliance with the set objectives stated in the standards.
Within the scope of certification according to the EN ISO 9001:2000 standard of the company TUV NORD (granted in 1998, respectively in 1999), the company DEMONTA Trade SE meets the most demanding requirements concerning the quality of supplied products.
The certificate was successfully re-awarded for the whole group of DEMONTA Trade SE companies upon the recertification audit in the year 2001, when the structure of the certified companies was gradually transformed in accordance with the amendment to the EN ISO 9001 standard.
Now the quality system covers all the important processing subjects in the field of scrap metal belonging to the DEMONTA Trade SE holding company (i.e. all the production units –scrap metal processing plants and the whole structure of KOVOHUTĚ HOLDING DT, a.s. – i.e. the divisions in Čelakovice, Mnišek and Jablonec) and it is understood as a guarantee of the fact that the company is able to arrange the progress of the production process in strict compliance with documentable procedures. Their fulfillment and control guarantees the stability of product quality. The top priority of the whole quality system is the client’s satisfaction and fulfillment of all his demanding requirements related to the production process conditions and final product in compliance with the given needs.
