Kovohutě
The joint stock company KOVOHUTĚ HOLDING DT was established on 1st July 2007 at the instance of the majority owner of DEMONTA Trade SE by a merger of the original subsidiary companies ALMAX Trade, a.s., Kovohutě Mnišek a.s., MEDEX Trade a.s. and KOVOHUTĚ ČELAKOVICE, a.s.
The merger has resulted in a new holding company, presently divided into three basic production divisions, differentiated on the basis of their basic production specialisation. These are:
- Čelákovice division
- Mnišek division
- Jablonec division
The holding management is concentrated in division, whereby the decision-making and administrative processes have been optimized and streamlined within the entire holding.
